As far as I know, we are going to start paying Media licence in all over the European Union for just owning a computer. We start on it in Denmark from the 1. January.

But if your have a very low income like a student it is as high as 5% of your yearly income (2000*100/40000) in DKr.

It can be quit a big chunk of money to pay when don't have much money. Wouldn't it be more fair if the amount were income regulated ?
