The government change their education policies too frequently, so students can only learn to pass exams, rather than letting them have a stable education system to learn.

for a change of policies check out what's happening in australia. increases in Uni fees, introduction of anti-student organisation legislation and the government wondering why we have a skills shortage!

Not much of a question - but i understand - YES!
I thought this was going to be a discussion about the learning process.
True learning comes from doing!
Real learning is a process of discovery!
A good teacher and a good school provides the atmosphere in which this discovery can take place.
Teachers don't teach. They guide the student through this learning, discovery process.
